"According to a [Bankrate](http://www.bankrate.com/banking/savings/money-pulse-0617/) survey of 1,002 U.S. adults conducted by Princeton Survey Research Associates, a quarter of respondents say they have decided not to seek medical attention when they’ve need it because of the cost. Older millennials, ages 27-36, were the most likely to say this (32 percent)." It is likely that no matter the future of healthcare law in the United States, healthcare costs will continue to rise.
