Featuring RAMS leaders Trina de Joya (Director of Human Resources) and Erick Divina (Wellness and Engagement Manager), this latest conversation takes a deep look at some of the innovative projects which led to RAMS being selected as the 2022 California Nonprofit of the Year. De Joya walks us through her history with the San Francisco Health Care Accountability Ordinance (HCAO), and the work she and other committee members are doing to keep it up to date with the constantly changing landscape of healthcare and health insurance.
