Eisenberg says, “As unemployment rates continue to fall, a new study finds that more than half of employees are open to leaving their jobs. A company’s benefits package is becoming a major factor in where these employees look. Human resources consulting firm Aon Hewitt found that 61% of employees looked for better-than-average benefits to differentiate employers from the competition.” Eisenberg goes on to discuss how companies can help educate current employees on their compensation package and all it includes.
