HealthBridge is for qualified healthcare professionals to offer 3-year term life insurance featuring fully paid premiums.

A few things to consider as you learn more about HealthBridge:

Q: Who qualifies for HealthBridge?
A: Workers in licensed healthcare facilities in the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York. Unfortunately, HealthBridge is not available to healthcare professionals who are residents of other states at this time.

Q: What is the benefit for this term life insurance program?
A: For applicants of 50 or younger, there’s a $25,000 benefit. The benefit for those 51-60 - $10,000

Q: Is the application process difficult; does it take a long time?
A: No. The application is all digital and should be processed right away

Q: Is there a physical exam or biometric required to qualify?
A: No. No physical exam is required

Q: Are there other qualifying factors to keep in mind?
A: HealthBridge is only available to qualified healthcare professionals with an exposure risk to COVID-19
To qualify for HealthBridge, you must be a U.S. citizen earning no more than $250,000 annually

Q: For administrators of health centers and other medical facilities: Is there administrative responsibility for employers who want to share HealthBridge with their staff, or want to encourage their staff to participate?
A: No. There are no administrative responsibilities for employers, other than a strong encouragement to promote the program as a possible asset to qualified staff.
