Recent Updates For Nonstop Wellness Users

Employee Education Materials

We have recently created a number of employee education materials for you to share with your staff. The goal is to help them better understand the Nonstop Wellness program and how to use it most efficiently and effectively. Meant to complement the Nonstop Wellness benefits guide, these employee education materials can be distributed over the next month or two to help your employees get the most out of Nonstop Wellness.
For easy access we have included all of these materials on Confluence. Included in the materials, please find:
  • An employee education email that reviews how to use the Nonstop Visa card to pay for medical expenses, policies/procedures for the Nonstop Visa card, and how to file a claim
  • Employee newsletter briefs, covering topics such as: the benefits of Nonstop Wellness,; how Nonstop Wellness works; policies and procedures; EOB Retrieve; key dates/deadlines; and the claims process
  • Handouts showcasing: how Nonstop Wellness works; the claims submission process; how to sign up for EOB Retrieve and the substantiation FAQ; general program FAQs; and a glossary of healthcare terms (please note that the first two can also be printed out as posters)
  • staff meeting presentation that reviews the basics of the Nonstop Wellness program, including how it works, policies and procedures, and key dates/deadlines
We strongly encourage you to share these materials with your employees in any way you see fit.  Most importantly, we ask that you communicate with your employees about the policies and procedures associated with using the Nonstop Visa card, as well as the key dates and deadlines. It is critical that they understand this information as it relates to Nonstop's $0 out-of-pocket program.
