As a reminder, all enrollments must get into NSE either via recurring import (i.e. automated file transmittal from your BenAdmin system) or direct entry into the exchange itself (either by your employees or you). Nonstop will no longer accept email or faxed forms for enrollments. Emails/faxes are inherently insecure and don’t conform to HIPAA guidelines. Additionally, they carry the risk of being lost too easily, resulting in incorrect enrollments and considerable time and pain downstream in the reconciliation process.
