As we continue to improve Nonstop Wellness, changes will be rolled out that impact our members (your employees). Having a direct line to your employees to communicate these changes would be ideal, as it would allow us to deliver this information more quickly and efficiently. As such, we would like to request a list of employee email addresses. Please connect with your account manager to share this list if it is readily available.

If an employee leaves your organization or is no longer benefits eligible, they are required to submit all past claims to the Nonstop Wellness office within 60 days of their last day of coverage. The employee’s Nonstop Visa card will be cancelled on the last day of coverage and all services performed before the last day of coverage should be submitted manually. 

We have created a number of employee education materials for our clients and member. The goal is to help members better understand the Nonstop Wellness program and how to use it most efficiently and effectively. Meant to complement the Nonstop Wellness benefits guide, these employee education materials can be distributed over the next month or two to help your employees get the most out of Nonstop Wellness.

All Nonstop Wellness claims for 2017 must be submitted no later than 90 days after the end of the year. As such, all 2017 claims are due by or before April 1, 2018. The Nonstop Wellness claims form can be found here. Please make sure your employees are aware of this deadline! 

For members of Anthem, CareFirst, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kaiser, there are cut-off ages where a dependent's EOBs can no longer be retrieved from the parent account. When this happens, the dependent is required to have their own EOB Retrieve account.

As many of you know, Nonstop adopted a new policy around substantiation of Nonstop Visa card payments last year. We recognize that the introduction of this stricter substantiation process caused some angst among our membership in the second half of 2017.  We attribute this to three things:
