As a reminder, all enrollments must get into NSE either via recurring import (i.e. automated file transmittal from your BenAdmin system) or direct entry into the exchange itself (either by your employees or you).

• Please note that the Nonstop Visa card begins upon enrollment. The Nonstop Visa card cannot be used for claims prior to a member's enrollment in the Nonstop Wellness program. In other words, if a member first enrolled in the Nonstop Wellness plan on January 1, 2018, they cannot use the card to pay for claims with dates-of-service prior to this date (e.g. December 14, 2017). If the member does use the Nonstop Visa card to pay for medical/prescription bills prior to their enrollment in Nonstop Wellness, they will be asked to repay that amount to Nonstop.
• The Nonstop Visa card can only be used for in-network, carrier-approved medical services and prescriptions. It cannot be used for dental or vision services/prescriptions.
